China’s foreign relations diplomat to make trip to Pyongyang, while opening up markets domestically

China is set to send a special envoy to North Korea, the first such visit in two years, at a time when relations between traditionally close allies are cooling. China looks to strengthen relationship with the rest of the international markets too, by finally allowing foreign financial institutions to majority-own joint ventures on the mainland with insurance companies to follow.
